Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation - When you submit a booking request, the venue owner has up to 24 hours to accept or decline it. - Your payment is securely held during this period. - Your booking is only confirmed once the venue owner approves, after which you will receive a separate booking confirmation. - Venue owners may require you to sign a rental contract, which is handled directly between you and the venue owner. - We act solely as a platform/intermediary and are not a party to the rental agreement. Cancellation Policy - We do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of submitting your booking request, the booking will be voided without any charges. After 24 hours, the booking is considered final, and cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
