Can you help find a location outside your excisting locations?Yes! In addition to our curated selection, we offer a bespoke location scouting service. If you have a specific vision or unique requirements, our team will search for the perfect space to match your needs.

Can I list my location on your platform?Yes! If you own a unique location with character and style, we invite you to register with Another Space. Our team will review your space and help make it available for bookings through our platform.

Who can book a location through Another space?Our services are available to businesses, agencies, production companies, and individuals seeking inspiring spaces for creative or professional projects.

How do I find and book a location?You can browse our carefully selected spaces on our website or contact our team for personalized recommendations. Once you’ve found a suitable location, submit your booking request.

How long does it take to get booking confirmation?Once you submit your booking, you will receive the final confirmation via email within 24 hours. (without the confirmation email, it's not booked)

Can I make last-minute bookings?Yes, last-minute bookings are possible but must be requested via email or, preferably, by phone for faster assistance.

Do locations have different price ranges?Yes, pricing varies based on factors such as the location, duration, size, and exclusivity.

Can I book a location for large groups or events?Yes, an extra fee apply for events or bookings involving larger groups.

What are add-ons, and how do I select them?We offer various add-ons depending on the location, such as equipment rentals, catering, props, and additional services. It's important to select the add-ons you're interested in during the booking process. The available add-ons will be shown only for the specific location you're booking, ensuring you see all options relevant to your chosen space.

Can I visit a location before booking?Yes! You can request a site visit directly on the location page by clicking the “Book Location Visit” button. Location visits are subject to availability and approval.

Can I hold a location on option?Yes, you can put a location on option, but this does not guarantee the space is reserved. The location will only be secured once the booking is confirmed. Please note that it is based on availability, and it's a first-come, first-served basis—whoever books first gets the location.

Can I modify or decorate the location?Many locations can be styled to fit your project needs. However, if you have creative ideas, please discuss them beforehand to ensure compliance with the location's guidelines.

Are there any restrictions I should be aware of?Each location has specific rules regarding noise levels, capacity, permitted activities, and operating hours. We will provide these details before confirming your booking.

How does Another Space support my booking process?At Another Space, we are committed to providing full support throughout your booking experience. If you have specific requests or need assistance during the booking stage, our team is here to help.

Will someone be present at the location during my booking?Yes! For many locations, the location owner provides a dedicated host who will be on-site to assist you. If the location doesn’t have a host, one of our team members will be there to support you. Whether it’s for guidance during your booking or addressing any immediate needs, someone will always be available to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can you assist with logistics and event planning?While our main focus is providing the perfect location, we can assist with basic logistics related to the space, such as setup times and layout requirements. For full event planning services, we can refer you to trusted partners.

How do I get support if I have special requirements or face any issues?If you have specific requirements or encounter any issues, simply reach out to us directly. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?We understand that plans can change, but please note that any changes to your booking are subject to the terms outlined during the booking process. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds for cancellations?We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you cancel your booking within the first 24 hours of submission, the booking will be voided without any further charges. After 24 hours, the booking is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

Can I put a location on hold or option before booking?Yes, it’s possible to place a location on hold (on option) for a limited time. However, this is not a confirmed booking. The location will only be secured once you complete the booking process. If another client confirms the booking during the hold period, the location will be made available to them on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I change the details of my booking after confirmation?You can change certain details of your booking, such as company information, up to 30 days after the booking date. If you wish to change the booked hours or add extra time, please contact us via email. We will do our best to accommodate the changes, but additional fees may apply for extra hours. If there are any extra costs, we will inform you in advance.
